By accessing or using any XIS EDGE service, you agree to follow these Terms of Service and all related policies, including our Privacy Policy, Billing Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or legally permitted to enter into binding agreements in your region.

3. Description of Services

XIS EDGE provides:

• Web hosting
• Web design and development
• Branding and identity design
• Technical setup and support
• Optional add-ons such as email, SSL, and optimizations

Services may be updated or improved at any time.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information during registration or onboarding
• Keep login credentials secure
• Use services lawfully
• Avoid hosting harmful, illegal, or malicious content
• Ensure they own rights to all content submitted or uploaded

XIS EDGE is not responsible for issues caused by misuse of your account.

5. Public Network & Hosting Usage Rules (Zero Tolerance)

To protect the integrity of the edgely.link network, XIS EDGE enforces a Zero Tolerance Policy for abuse. You agree not to use our subdomains or hosting for:

• Phishing & Deception: Hosting fake login pages, impersonating brands (e.g., banks, tech companies), or social engineering.
• Malicious Content: Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or spyware.
• Illegal Activities: Hosting pirated content, selling illegal goods, or promoting violence/terrorism.
• Spam: Sending unsolicited bulk emails or hosting spam “landing pages.”

5.1 Subdomain Ownership Subdomains (e.g., yourname.edgely.link) are the property of XIS EDGE. We grant you a revocable license to use them. We reserve the right to reclaim, suspend, or lock any subdomain at any time for any reason, including but not limited to trademark disputes or inactivity.

6. Payments and Billing

• All plans must be paid for before activation.
• Renewals must be paid before the expiration date.
• Overdue accounts may be suspended after a grace period.

7. Plan Upgrades

Users may upgrade hosting plans at any time from the dashboard.
Upgrade fees are prorated, meaning you only pay the difference for the remaining billing cycle.

Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle.

8. Cancellations and Termination

XIS EDGE may terminate services if:

• These terms are violated
• Illegal or abusive activity is detected
• Fraud, harassment, or misuse occurs

Users may request cancellation in accordance with the Billing Policy.

8.1 Rapid Takedown Policy

In the event of a security report (Abuse Report), XIS EDGE reserves the right to immediately suspend any service without prior notice to investigate.

• If phishing or malware is confirmed, the account will be permanently terminated and the subdomain banned.
• No refunds will be issued for accounts terminated due to abuse.
• We cooperate fully with law enforcement and security vendors (e.g., Google Safe Browsing, Netcraft).

9. Refunds

Refunds follow the guidelines stated in our Refund Policy.
Completed design projects and third-party services are non-refundable.

10. Intellectual Property

All design, branding, or custom work created by XIS EDGE remains our property until full payment is made.
Content provided by the user remains the user’s property.

11. Limitation of Liability

XIS EDGE is not liable for:

• Third-party outages or downtime
• Loss of profit, data, or business
• Issues caused by user error or external attacks

Services are provided “as is” with no guarantees of uninterrupted performance.

12. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of XIS EDGE services indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
