1. Web Design & Branding Services

• Refunds are not offered for completed work once final deliverables are approved.
• If a project is canceled before delivery, fees for work already completed are non-refundable.

2. Hosting Services

• All hosting purchases are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued for unused months or periods after payment.

3. Custom Requests

• Refunds for custom projects may be subject to terms agreed upon in advance.
