Welcome to XIS EDGE. This Billing & Subscriptions Policy explains how payments, renewals, upgrades, and billing cycles work across all our services. By subscribing to any XIS EDGE plan, you agree to the terms outlined in this document. Please read it carefully to understand how your account is billed and managed.

1. Billing & Payment

• All services are billed upfront according to the selected plan.
• Payments are non-refundable, including for unused periods of hosting or services.
• XIS EDGE accepts payments via approved methods listed on your dashboard or during checkout.

2. Plan Upgrades

• Customers can upgrade their hosting plans at any time via their dashboard.
• Upgrades are prorated based on the remaining period of the current subscription.
• New charges are applied immediately after the upgrade.

3. Plan Downgrades

• Downgrades are allowed but take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
• Any prorated credits from previous higher-tier plans are applied automatically to the next billing cycle.

4. Automatic Renewals

• Hosting plans automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
• Renewal charges are billed at the current plan rate at the time of renewal.
